I thought about making this height-adjustable, but I couldn't think of a way to do it that I thought would take the stress. So I just welded a short piece of receiver tube to the column to accept the vise's portable mount that I built a few years ago to fit into my truck's bumpers. Later, I put a [url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001VY07LQ]Ridgid F45[/url] on the mount here.
