Working on the intercooler piping. This is the pipe to the throttle body with the blow off valve flange welded on. I decided to go with a Type R blow off valve off ebay for simplicity. It came with a nice 2.5" aluminum pipe and flange but I don't want to use two more silicone couplers just for the flange. I made this one out of 1/4" steel plate and some pipe. They have steel flanges on ebay but not with threaded holes. 1/4" plate is fine with 1/4-20 grade 8 flange bolts. I hate fumbling around with nuts and washers.
