Looking up from underneath the truck on the passenger side. You can see just past the exhaust, and just to the passenger side of the transmission that an additional hole exists.
There is an additional hole just above the transmission adapter, and centered to the vehicle. This one is damned near impossible to get to from underneath, but alas, there is an alternative.
