And this is probably the largest section of rust that there was to deal with on the truck, although there were others as well.

When I finally find the pics I took, I'll post them, but there was rust forming behind both driver's doors on the base of the pillar, and rust forming on the lower quarter panels behind the rear wheel. All of it got the same treatment--cut out the bad, weld in new metal. This truck WILL NOT be a bondo queen.
