As with most of our trucks there was rust. The bulk of the rust was on the tailgate and the front driver's side fender. None of it was bad, but I wanted to give this truck the best shot at living a full Bronco life. To that end, the front fender was replaced with a rust-free one, and the tailgate got some special love. Here I'm cutting out sections roughly double the size of the rusty metal. In this pic we can see surface rust that has formed on the metal behind the outside panel.
