i ordered a Yukon master rebuild kit. JeffsBroncoGraveyard had by far the best price on the kit. i also ordered a 9" crush sleeve eliminator which works perfectly well on the 10.25"

i highly recommend the Yukon kit. it came with Timken bearings. the pinion shim goes under the inner pinion race instead of between inner bearing and pinion gear, this means no 'setup bearings' needed. the carrier shims interlock to make for easy install. the shim selection was great. even came with 2 crush sleeves instead of just 1.

not pictures, i also ordered Timken wheel bearings/races/seals. for brakes i ordered a RuffStuff disc brake conversion kit. and i also ordered leaf spring perches from Ruffstuff.
