After reinstalling the tie rod end, A-arm, knuckle, & hub, I tried to put the brakes back on so I could roll the chassis. But the caliper bolts wouldn't line up...

I knew the rotor hadn't grown, which only left the knuckle as the problem. When I compared it to the original, I saw the problem: Ford apparently offered small & large brakes on these trucks. Mine has large, but the JY knuckle I grabbed had small. Note that the debossments for the caliper bracket bolts merges with that for the hub on the '02 knuckle, but they're separate on the '03 knuckle.
