Remove the wipers, cowel cover and weather strip. I have the two piece cowel, and was able to remove the one cowel clip and lift the cowel to access the one bolt.

Remove the wipers, cowel cover and weather strip. I have the two piece cowel, and was able to remove the one cowel clip and lift the cowel to access the one bolt.
