The new motor in place. Just know that the old one is held in by those three screws so when you take them off...you're going to hear a loud thud...that's the motor falling. (also note that the window will slide down so watch your fingers.) My window was down when I put this one in and it works fine. Align the teeth (if possible) before trying the motor.

Notice the somewhat long screws. You cannot use the old ones since there are no threds at one end of the new motor. Weird, but that's why you need the new screws. You can get a hack saw and remove some of it, but I didn't really care as long as it works.
