Now this is a little PIA! Use the screwdriver to bend/pry the washer pump inside the unit to loosen it. (there are three 'grooves' in the pump, use those to wedge the pump around) Use the pliers to twist the pump out of the hole.
WARNING!!! If you didn't get rid of the washer fluid in the res. it will pour out of this hole. Have fun.
