Drilled a hole in the back for the IP-bus connector to the radio…

Drilled a hole in the back for the IP-bus connector to the radio and the power harness for the tuner. Applied some peel n seal to act as a deadener in there with the flimsy plastic of the glovebox. Also , I was only able to secure one side of the tuner with (2) screws, so I didn't want the other side of it making noise against the back of the glovebox.
