The AC compressor bracket held the tensioner for the smog pump. It didn't anything anymore but I wanted to keep it as stock as possible so I made a pair of brackets to hold the pump in place and used a shorter belt. The spark plug just blocks the O2 sensor port though the O2 sensor is in there now and the others have regular plugs I made.

Later on I ditched all the smog equipment, converted to fuel injection, and lost the smog pump too.
