I added a fastener (3/8" sheet metal screw with the same rubberized washer used in the other 4 locations) in the very center of the bugflector.
This area was not well supported, and it's right where you grab it to open and close the hood.
Do NOT use any longer than a 3/8" fastener or you run the risk of damaging the outer skin of the hood.
I drilled a 1/8" hole in the bugflector and a 1/16" pilot hole in the hood for fastening purposes.
