Both ends have metal clips that clip on and the whloe moulding "Pushes" into the dash. When you pry them out try to do so around where these clips are, about 1' to 1 1/2' in from the ends. It seams like the moulding will break but just pry above and below, on both ends, till it wiggles out of the dash.
