A black G-body Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS coupe sits in a parking lot with its hood raised, exposing a V8 with a chrome round air cleaner, red plug wires and no radiator support trim; the front bumper cover is scuffed and peeling. It rides on gold-accented aluminum wheels and carries a Missouri plate, with an orange date stamp reading 10.07.2009.
