Willard Gott was my next door neighbor & had "Southeastern Speed Shop, Blountville, TN. He is one of the guys that got me interested in cars when I was 11 years old & let me work in his shop after school, etc...until I graduated, sweeping floors, carrying out trash & being a general go'fer... He taught me the basics about mechanics & most of all, pride in your work & yourself. Lots of great memories about the Chevy Jr. fueler & especially Ronnie's 392 hemi AA/FD. What I'd give to own his '59 348 El Camino today, it would haul butt! Those were THE DAYS !!!!! Willard, you may be gone but you are certainly not forgotten....... thanks for everything.
