by defult from factory, master is cut, making it able to flash for police use. connecting this wire or sodering it back, will turn the LED into a steady light source for use as a CHMSL.

The red/black wire harness is our main power source, red being 'power' and black 'ground'.

The two black wire harness are for police flasher options, we won't be using that at all for this install.
