These are just some switches I found in my junkpile - I'm still looking for one or 2 that I like. But these work the way I want: the all-on switch simply keeps the lows on when high is selected, and isn't illuminated; the switch for the front bumper lights (which used to be floods & could blind oncoming drivers) is illuminated red when the lights are on to remind me. I spliced the ground for the switch illumination onto the high idle switch.
