I used the pick again to set the shifter boot back onto the column shroud as I put the lower shroud into place. I put some red threadlocker on the tube for the upper shroud's L screw so maybe it won't come apart next time.

That colorful wiring snaking through the dash is for the USB power jacks, high idle switch, all-on brights switch, and front fog lights switch.
