Toyota Pickup
1988 Toyota Pickup Specs & Photos
The 1988 Toyota Pickup capped the fourth generation with its biggest powertrain news, the 3.0-liter 3VZ-E, the first V6 offered in Toyota's compact truck, rated at 150 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque. It was also the final year for the turbocharged 22R-TE, while the fuel-injected 22R-E four continued as the volume engine. An all-new fifth-generation truck replaced this body for 1989.
