The story

I dug it out of a field w/ goats that had trampled the roof. It had a 351C next to it. I took it home and put another 351C in it. Later i ran the vin and found out its a 429 Cobra Jet ( C code ). I already had a 70 Torino wagon I bought sight unseen. I was told it had a little rust. It was rotten. I spent 3 months fiberglassing the inner fenderwells to the outer fenderwells. I got it looking good then... GOT REAR ENDED. So I cut the top off and hung it in the garage. about a year later I got laid off. It was going to be a couple of weeks before the next job started. I got a wild hair and grafted the wagon top on the ranchero. two years later i'm almost done welding and grinding. I also raised the wheel well 2 1/2 inches and longer by 5 inches with 38 " steel Tubs. I Ran the Exhaust out the rear quarter panels I have started the bodywork Just waiting for the weather to get a little better. — MooreTorinos
