1967 Ford Mustang

The story

My dad bought this car when he got out of the Marines and working at the Ford Plant in Minneapolis in 1967. He drove it for many years and then put it in his mother in laws garage for safe keeping when he got married. In 1996 he started to restore the car back to its original form. It was almost complete in 2001 but he became terminally ill with cancer. When he found out, he put the car on hold so he could spend time doing the things he liked in his last few months. For the next few years the car was stored until summer of 2003 when I took an active interest in it and have been trying to finish it up and show it since. — Brian P
