This is a JBG "kit" which comes with the receiver, 2 nut plates, 6 Gr.8 bolts/split washers/flat washers, and NO INSTRUCTIONS whatsoever. After removing the rear bumper, I put the receiver against the frame forward against the tank strap, and found that the rear holes line up with some slotted holes in the frame. So I marked the other 4 slots on the frame & fuel tank skidplate. I removed the skidplate and drilled the 2 holes that hit it slightly inboard so that the skidplate would be pulled outward away from the tank later.
