Everytime we take the Excursion out whether it be Michelle or I driving we say thank you!!!

I even peek under the truck to check out the Radius Rods and say "Sweet"

I'm now out of GEN-IV and GEN-III kits. All I have avalable are GEN-I kits. I typically update such info at the following link ...

Also, I am thinking seriously of making only the weld-on GEN-IV kits in the future. While they do require welding versus bolting on, they are the simplest and most straight-forward design.

I am the lucky guy who got the last GEN III kit. Got them installed last week and towed my 8000lb tt this past weekend. What an amazing difference! Even my wife could tell the difference from the passenger seat. The sway is basically gone! Many thanks to Ken for making such a great product available. Oh, Ken is also a great guy and very responsive. I highly recommend his radius rods for all Excursion owners.

This is corny, but I guess "ducky" got lucky! Glad to hear you like them.

ALL of them are gone now, and I won't have anymore until sometime in 2008. Also, I have decided to offer only the weld-on GEN-IV radius-rods next year. I will also be offering an upgrade kit for those with GEN-II or GEN-III kits that want the same weld-on benefits (fewer parts) as the GEN-IV.

Thanks to all of you!

OK...it's my turn.

I am the lucky guy that got the last set of Gen I Radius Rods.

I had them installed a couple of weeks ago, while I was on vacation. I had previously installed Front and rear Hellwig Sway Bars plus Bilstein shocks but still noticed the wandering.

I now have a good week and half of time driving my Ex with the radius rods installed and I can say unequivacally. Problem Solved! My Excursion now tracks straight and true no matter what the road surface or what I am doing with the truck. Even loaded up my Extreme programs in my Edge Evolution and Juice/Attitude. I get no axle wrap and I can vreak the rear tires loose any time I want.

I am totally satisfied with the Radius Rods. Coupled with the rest of the changes, the Excursion is a much more controllable and pleasurable beast.

Hats off to Ken or making an awesome product!

I bought the radius rods about 6 months ago and just got to putting them on and HOLY CRAP! am I sorry I waited so long. My wife was scared to death to drive the school bus (as it is called by my 7 kids) because evertime she went over a RR track or big bump the rear end would swing all over. I put some new edlebrock shocks on it and that helped but now she drives like a town car (ok maybe not that smooth) but she fells much more comfy driving it now. She still only drives it when she has to, but thats fine with me I love my X even more. Cant wait to see if it makes a difference towing my boat. THANKS LANDYOT!!!!

And I thought I was the only one who did that! I've got a few "farkles" on hand that I'll install on my Honda ST1300 WHEN I can find some time to do it. But thank you very much for your generous testimonial. It always brings a smile to my face when folks say how much they enjoy 'em.

On another note, I am making a few GEN-IV "upgrade" kits for anyone who has the GEN-II or GEN-III radius-rods, and wants to switch over to a weld-on version in lieu of the bolt-on style (which clamps around the leaf springs).

So when are the next batch of rods going to be ready. Towing season is coming very soon and I am tired of the wandering feeling and am determined to fix it this year. I've been lurking on here for a while and only bought our camper last summer and I will not spend aother year towing like that. Let me now when the next set is available as I would like a set ASAP. Thanks.

Hang in there! They will be ready "soon," and I keep the following webpage updated with their status.

Kits to upgrade from the bolt-on GEN-II and GEN-III radius-rods to the weld-on GEN-IV kits are now available. If interested, click on my username & send me an e-mail.
