1985 Ford Bronco - This is after the metal etcher was applied. The white stuff is zinc that formed over the rust to kill it. Thats what the POR15 people said… 1985 Ford Bronco - shot of the rust in the back 1985 Ford Bronco - Starting to aplly the POR15. Its a lot thinner than i tought it would be and tends to drip a lot, but it sticks after a few seconds. 1985 Ford Bronco - Finished up the first coat...took about 30-45 mins, inculding stirring up the paint 1985 Ford Bronco - The ruffest area was the drivers floor pan...looks really good now. 1985 Ford Bronco - started on the 2nd coat 1985 Ford Bronco - all finished up. 2nd coat went on in about 30 mins flat. We either got faster at it or just didn't go over everything very well 1985 Ford Bronco - Dah we put in last week. Got it all cleaned up with some "Son of a Gun" Looks really good for a 24 year old dash. 1985 Ford Bronco - Im using this for my Background right now :) 1985 Ford Bronco - Shot of the outside of the truck in its current state...hopefully will get new rubber, wheels, and paint soon
