Owner here is the part number OS30930 from NAPA Owner here is the top front of the pan gasket. Owner Here is the NAPA new oil pump part number 601-1053 Owner here is the new oil pump. Owner here is the bottom of the new pump Owner here is the top of the oil pump. the drive and the oil pressure side out. Owner here is the oil pressure regulator. and the oil intake side. Owner Here are both of the gaskets for the pickup tube and the pump to block. Owner Here is the new NAPA Motor mounts. Part number 602-1287 Owner The other new NAPA Motormount part number 602-1286 Owner here is one of the mounts Owner new motor mount Owner new motor mount Owner here is the new mount Owner here is the new clutch kit part number MU1009-1A Owner new clutch kit top of box Owner the documents in the box Owner here is inside the box Owner here is the new disc- all wrapped up. Owner here is the other side of the disc Owner here is the pilot bushing, throw out and alignment tool Owner here is the other side of the three Owner here is the working side of the pressure plate. Owner here is the throw out side. Owner No wonder why this was leaking oil. the oil pan gasket is sticking out all over. Owner here is the other side. it gasket is out in many places as well. Owner if you look under the oil filter you can see the pan gasket sticking out all over. Owner another view of the pan gasket sticking out. I was told the newer blocks were not tapped for the manual clutch but this one is. Owner here is the stock 2G. it is a 10-2 bolt not 12-6 but the mount will do both. Owner here is the other side of the 2G alt. Owner i wanted to replace the pilot bearing and rear main seal so here was the start. Owner i going to give this a try first but the roller bearing might be an issue. this threads into the bushing and you pump it with a grease gun.… Owner well the screw in tool failed to get a bit due to the roller bearings. so the good old stand by is a plug and grease. i used a 1/2 deep soc… Owner i got it out 1/2 inch i pulled the socket out and filled more grease in the void and put the socket back in and hit with the hammer and it… Owner the next thing was the main seal. i put a screw driver on the edge of the seal and it came right out. i cleaned the grease off the pilot ho… Owner the new seal went right in with out too much fuss. Owner after removing a few dozen bolts the oil pan and pan rails were off. the gasket was beat bad----it was way over tighened. Owner here is the old pump. i did not see anything wrong but since i was here and it is easier to swap a few parts now than find out after the sw… Owner this is dark but it is the pickup tube and there is nothing in the screen and it looks good. Owner i got the pump out with out much fuss as well. just below the motormount bolt you can see the oil pump drive. Owner this is a close up of the drive it is like a long allen wrench. Owner here is the old pump out of its home. i just need to remove the pickup tube and clean it up and install on the new pump. Owner after a good cleaning and the new gasket the pickup tube gets bolted to the new pump. Owner here is the other side of the tube and oil pump. Owner here is the pump installed with a new pump to motor gasket. Owner here is the other side of the motor withthe new pump. Owner time to toss the old gasket and clean the oil pan. Owner new gaskets and a goood cleanup the pan and rails are reinstalled Owner here is the other side of the pan installed Owner I cleaned the fly wheel as bast as i could. this was in good condition. Owner i cleaned the motor plate and installed it. Owner i installed the flywheel and tourqued the bolt to the book specs. Owner after cleaning the threads real good in the crank and the bolts i added some red locktite. Owner time to install the new pilot bushing. Owner here is the new pilot bushing installed. i used a socket and a mallet to set it in place. Owner Finally the new 11" clutch and pressure plate was installed. now she is ready to be installed in the truck.
