1995 BMW 5 Series Specs & Photos

The 1995 BMW 5 Series was the final E34 sold in the United States; the E39 successor did not arrive until the 1997 model year, leaving no 1996 US 5 Series. The range covered the 189 horsepower 525i six, the 215 horsepower 530i V8, and the 282 horsepower 540i V8, with 525i and 530i Touring wagons also offered. For 1995 the 540i could be ordered as the M-Sport, with M5-style suspension and body components and an available six-speed manual, a limited run of roughly 200 cars for the US market.
