Ford F-350
1961 Ford F-350 Specs & Photos
The 1961 Ford F-350 opened the fourth generation of the F-series (1961-1966), a one-ton truck sold as a chassis cab, stake, platform, and pickup. Power came from the 223 cu in (3.7L) inline-six as the base engine, with the 292 cu in (4.8L) Y-block V8 available as the optional gas V8, both rated in gross horsepower as was standard before 1972. Transmissions were three-speed and four-speed manuals. This first fourth-generation year predated the 240 and 300 inline-sixes that Ford introduced across its truck line for 1965.
The 1961 Ford F-350 is part of the Fourth-Gen F-350 (1961-1966) generation (1961–1966). See the full Ford F-350 1961–1966 registry →
