The 1966 Ford F-350 was the final model year of the fourth-generation F-series (1961-1966), a one-ton truck sold as a chassis cab, stake, platform, and pickup. Its engine choices included the 240 cu in (3.9L) and 300 cu in (4.9L) inline-sixes and the 352 cu in (5.8L) FE V8 rated at 208 hp gross (gross ratings, as standard before 1972). Three-speed and four-speed manual transmissions were offered. Powertrains carried over largely unchanged from 1965, the year Ford introduced the 240 and 300 sixes across its truck line.
