1975 Ford Mustang Specs & Photos
The 1975 Ford Mustang was sold as the Mustang II, the downsized second generation introduced for 1974 on a subcompact platform. For 1975 the 302-cubic-inch (5.0L) two-barrel V8 joined the 2.3L four and 2.8L V6, restoring a V8 option the 1974 U.S. lineup lacked, while catalytic converters arrived and an economy-focused MPG model joined the range. Body styles were a two-door notchback coupe and a three-door hatchback, with the Ghia luxury trim on the coupe.
The 1975 Ford Mustang is part of the Second Generation (Mustang II) generation (1974–1978). See the full Ford Mustang 1974–1978 registry →
