1975 Ford Mustang Specs & Photos
The 1975 Ford Mustang was sold as the Mustang II, the downsized second generation introduced for 1974 on a subcompact platform. For 1975 the 302-cubic-inch (5.0L) two-barrel V8 joined the 2.3L four and 2.8L V6, restoring a V8 option the 1974 U.S. lineup lacked, while catalytic converters arrived and an economy-focused MPG model joined the range. Body styles were a two-door notchback coupe and a three-door hatchback, with the Ghia luxury trim on the coupe.
The 1975 Ford Mustang is part of the Second Generation (Mustang II) generation (1974-1978). See the full Ford Mustang 1974-1978 registry →
