Ford Thunderbird
1963 Ford Thunderbird Specs & Photos
The 1963 Ford Thunderbird was the final year of the third generation, carrying the 390 cubic inch FE V8 (300 gross horsepower) as standard and the tri-power M-code 390 (340 gross horsepower) as an option. Body styles included the hardtop coupe, convertible, Landau, and the final-year Sports Roadster. Added body-side chrome moldings freshened the look, and Ford built a Limited-Edition Landau, roughly 2,000 units in white with special trim, tied to the model's appearance at the Principality of Monaco.
The 1963 Ford Thunderbird is part of the Third-Gen Thunderbird generation (1961–1963). See the full Ford Thunderbird 1961–1963 registry →
