The 1994 Isuzu Rodeo carried its first-generation formula into a fourth year with the 120 horsepower 2.6-liter four on the S and the 175 horsepower 3.2-liter 6VD1 V6 on volume trims. Its Lafayette, Indiana plant began building the Honda Passport, a rebadged Rodeo, for the same 1994 model year. Rear-wheel drive was standard, with part-time four-wheel drive optional across the line.
