With my plate driven between the upper sleeve's flange & the bus…

With my plate driven between the upper sleeve's flange & the bushing, there was enough preload on the rubber to cut the lower sleeve and get it out. I was able to straighten up both sleeves & weld the nut back on, so they're reusable.
