There was only ~10psi in the system. After adding 12oz, the compressor cycles & appears to make good pressure. No leaks were found with UV light or [url=https://shop.snapon.com/product/Heated-Sensor-Leak-Detectors/Digital-Heated-Sensor-Leak-Detector/ACT785B]a Snap-On sniffer[/url]. I'm letting it sit for a few days to re-check for leaks with soap & the sniffer a few more times.
