![OE 1995 4.9L TPS (F2TF9B989AA) made by CTS (replace with [url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004NKUJPY]Standard TH74T[/url]/TH74, CX1419, F2TZ9B989A). The date code is 5A09A, which I read as 1995 January 9th, 1st shift. Like the V8 TPSs, the screws are PoziDrive - not Phillips.
