After painting & bolting in the axles, the wiring was laid in. The 2 sections will meet just forward of the front axle. The rear section was slit to extract the heavy brake & ground wires so they can be used to cross the frame, where they're soldered to the (uncut) wires for each brake. The left brakes' wires are pierced & soldered to the crossover wires, and the smaller taillight ground wire is soldered into the crossover White. The heavy Blue (brake) wire is soldered to the front section's Blue; the Whites are screwed together at the frame. The Black is so heavy that it's difficult to solder it together, or even tin it; but it's just the battery charge wire, so it's not really necessary.
