First i must say SCREW OHIO. Well anyway when i got B'co 2 years ago she had a tiny bit of surface rust in this seam, so i covered it with sray bed liner in the hopes that it would not spread, but to no avail, It has bubbled the bed liner up, and had obviously gotten worse, although it was worse than i expected.
