The headlamps kit is a plug and play unlike Ford Wiring harness which you have to cut and soder the wiring to gether. The thing i don't under stand is why the need to connect to the battery. It reminds me of the wiring upgrade to get more watts out with-out melting the factory wiring harness. The wiring is also thicker. It also has 2 relay type that are fuseable link. But the more I look at it. I can kinda see why it has only one connection that connects to the factory plug-in. In reality all I need is a pair of the blue connectors you see in the picture. But maybe it was done for a reason
