Just a pic of the shifter plate, you can almost make out the ford part number. This plate is for the newer E4OD shifter that have a plunger/pushdown mechanism so you can't accidently shift into N or 4LO. I disassembled the shifter to paint this, and lube up the shifter for years of future no-troubles operation
