This is the PS fluid cooler. It is mounted perpendicular to the engine water radiator on the radiator mounting bracket. You can see the battery/battery tray in hte top of the picture.
I mounted it here only because of my lack of space due to the enormous 7.3L. The blue thing in the bottom is the steering box. Also, the engine radiator is not installed yet.
