A black S197 Ford Mustang GT convertible with the soft top up sits in a drag strip staging lane, wearing Hoosier drag radials on polished five-spoke rear wheels and stock machined-face wheels up front. Shoe-polish lettering on the windshield and a car number on the side glass mark it as a race entry, with a blue muscle car ("617") and a white car ("632") queued alongside.
