SOLD Havis Consolidator police console

This is everything I have that goes with this thing, and I've never seen it installed or assembled, so I probably know less about it than you do.

There are 6 identical L-brackets & 1 odd one in the stack (total 7).

The baseplate is 18x5.5".
Without a box, the whole mess is 17.1 lbs @ 19x9x7".
