tires must go off and on the rim from the front!!!
Two tire bars required. Do one first and start to bring the lip over the rim edge while you are pushing down on the side 180* from where your prying it up so it drops down into the drop center and allows the side you are prying to go over the rim. do this side to side till that first bead is off the rim.
