After the LEDs are replaced you can test them with a 9V battery…

After the LEDs are replaced you can test them with a 9V battery on the 2 posts that power the LEDs. (the 2 posts without the copper strips around them are for the leds and they are polarity sensitive if they don't work try the battery in the opposite direction)
