Slide the new bushing into the old shell in the control arm on both ends and then press the new inner barrel into the bushing. I drilled through the control arm boxed section with a bit large enough to slide the grease gun through. I then drilled a hole through the inner shell and all the way through the bushing. I installed a grease fitting into the inner shell. When you filling is installed it keeps the bushing from spinning and grease can get all the way to the inner barrel. If you don't grease these bushings regularly, then they will wear out.
