- i took 1/2" thick insulation foam
- i drew, and cut out an aproximate design (about 1" of triming was nessary on the top, and bottom upon reassembly of the door pannel, to get a snug fit.)
- i tore out the old insulation, and glued on the new one. (with a spray-on adhesive)
