Club Membership may be revoked by vote of the Club members if at any time the member has not complied with these Bylaws. A Club Ofcer is expelled if he / she looses their club membership or by majority vote of the voting membership. Any Club Member in good standing may call for ' an expulsion vote by presenting a written request to any Ofcer. If all Officers are to be expelled, an Impart Committee must be appointed by the membership, which will mail a ballot to all Club Members Ballots are to be returned to the committee for processing, Expulsion requires a twothirds (2/3) majority vote of the Club Membership. ARTICLE V ORGANIZATION A. B. The Club shall be a non-prot organization. The Club shall be managed by an organization structure which includes: 1, Executive Board comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Historian, CAL4WDC and CORVA Delegates of the club. Committees of Emergency Services/Environmental Affairs, Finance, Membership and Safety comprised of Club Members and adult Family Members. Executive Board: 1. 2. Elected Members shall assume ofce at the general meeting following election. Club Members who have been in good standing for at least three (3) months shall be eligible for nomination. Nominations for election shall be accepted from Club Members at the general meeting preceding the election and the general meeting of the election. The Members shall be elected annually during the general meetings as follows: -~ (a) President, Vice President in December, (b) Secretary/1" reasurer and Historian in December. (0) CAL4WDC and CORVA Delegates in December. Each Committee shall be managed by a chairperson appointed by the President from the membership in accordance with ARTICLE VI, B. 4.
