The President may: (a) call meetings of the Executive Board as needed. (b) expend funds up to $10.00 per month, unless otherwise audiorized by the membership to expend additional funds. The Executive Board may expend Club funds up to $20.00 per month unless otherwise authorized the Membership to expend additional funds. General membership meetings shall be: (a) Held monthly during a specic week of the month and on a specific day of the week with date, time and place at the discretion of the Club Members. (b) Conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order for aspects not covered by specic items in these Bylaws. The Executive Board shall meet as needed. The Club Committees shall meet as needed. G. Voting Regulations: 1. Club issues subject to vote shall be decided by the majority of Club Members present to proxy and absentee. Club issues that deal with the expenditure of Club funds in excess of TWENTY PERCENT (20%) of the balance in the club bank account shall be voted on after at least thirty (30) days after the motion is made at a regularly scheduled club meeting as prescribed by Article V, F, l. Expenditure of such funds will require seventy-ve (75%) voting participation of Club Membership and pass by a majority of the responsive votes, Non-responses of the members absent shall not be considered in the majority or the minority of the vote. All other expenditure motions shall be as stated in G.!. above. (a) The Secretary shall be responsible for making a reasonable effort to - notify Club Members not present, outlining the amount and nature of the expenditure with information onthe PROS and CONS of the issue.
