The following pictures are all of the finished project and final results.
The blower has been painted satin-black for a cleaner look (IMO) and the snout bolts replaced with stainless.
All manifold and valve cover bolts also replaced to freshen things up
Note the COP ignition conversion using OEM FOrd Motorcraft COPs (all new). More info on that on my webpage.
The Alternator retains it's RH mounting ear in the block. A Saleen-included machined aluminum bracket bolts into the block and the alternator LH mounting ear to tilt it up to clear the S/C snout. The supercharger idler pulley to allow sufficient belt wrap bolts right to this / through the alternator mount. Simple, effective setup.
The reservoir is a Saleen included part on the Series II-V kits.
The wiper cowl required only a small notch for clearance.
Vacuum routing all had to be redone. EVR was relocated to a saleen-included bracket that I mounted to the rail. Factory RH fuel rail wiring loom channel was retained. TPS, IAT, ECT sensor wiring all had to be extended. The intake tube was the 2004 CVPI intake modified to fit. I cut it down on both ends for proper fit. The IAC and PCV supply tube were plumbed into the tube with new double-end barbs as the stock ports were gone after being cut down.
.....As for the engine detail part of it, Meg's all purpose cleaner plus 6:1, and Hyper Dressing and #40 for dressing/shine.
