cimg0493.jpg When doing a disc conversion on a d30/44. The ford spindle is too short allowing the disc to rub the backing plate. The big bearing spindle wont work with a ford rotor/hub. The small bearing will work but leave very little thread on the end for the 2 lock huts. Idealy you want a conversion spindle. Which is either a big bearing turned down into a small bearing and turned in the shoulder for more thread or a small bearing turned down in the shoulder for more thread.
